I needed to make an appointment and it was really simple. The available times were easy to see, and I didn’t have to do the whole back-and-forth thing with anyone, which is always a plus. I had my visit booked in just a few minutes — painless. No issues so far

Mochi was really easy to figure out, and I didn’t have to sit there messing around forever. Everything was clear, I didn’t get stuck, and it pretty much did what I needed. I was ready to be annoyed if it got confusing, but honestly? No complaints

"My provider actually listened"
I’ve had a really good experience with my Mochi provider so far.
They actually listened to me, asked normal questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed or judged or, well, not judged exactly, but you know what I mean, just uncomfortable. I also appreciated that they explained things in a way that made sense without using a bunch of medical jargon.
Follow-ups have been easy too. It feels like they genuinely check in on how I’m doing instead of just giving me a plan and disappearing. Overall, I’m happy with the care

"Billing was clear from the start"
I mean, i really liked that the price and all the charges were shown clearly right away. Like, there wasn’t any confusing fine print or some weird surprise bill later, which, you know, I really appreciate

"Finally seeing some real progress"
I’m down 18 pounds so far with Mochi, and I can’t say I’m not excited about it. It’s been easy to use, and I haven’t had no weird issues or anything like that.

"Good when it works, but the meds aren’t always there..."
Mochi has been fine overall when the medication is actually in stock. For me, the availability has been a little hit or miss, and one time I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the whole thing was still frustrating. It’s not a terrible service or anything... just hasn’t felt as smooth as I hoped.

"Support actually made my day a bit easier"
I had a little issue with my account and was bracing myself to sit around annoyed for a while, but support got back to me way faster than I expected. They actually understood what I was trying to say without making me repeat myself over and over, which was such a relief. They fixed it soon after too. It’s nice dealing with a company that doesn’t leave you feeling ignored or frustrated. Overall, it left me in a good mood.
